If we all had a floor level survey done on our property it eliminates this dispute saving you a lot of time and money. Yes houses settle over time due to natural ground movement but not by much.
This settlement will not be noticeable over your time in your home. It’s a slow process. What this means is that your floor level survey will stand up to any argument if someone is trying to prove that the floor levels are natural settlement or in other words ‘historical’.

We use a ZIPLEVEL PRO-2000 to record your floor levels. It’s the only instrument we believe that captures your levels with accuracy. Then we convert our findings to PDF file with an accompanying letter head and description including the date and time of the survey along with a picture of you home so it’s clear this is your home survey.
